IMPORTANT DATES TO KNOW
REBATES OPEN
FROM 1 OCTOBER 2026
From 1 October 2026, the Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) program expands to all eligible Victorian homes, including rental properties.
NEW RENTAL STANDARDS
FROM 1 MARCH 2027
From 1 March 2027, rental properties with no ceiling insulation must meet the minimum insulation standard when a tenancy trigger occurs.
